IPL treatments are now available at Brighton Bodyworks!
We are thrilled to announce that the Lynton Excelight has arrived and is already causing a bit of a stir. If you are already a client you’ll have seen it. If not, let us tell you a bit more about the machine, about the pedigree of Lynton, and the fantastic IPL treatments we are now able to offer you.
Why the Excelight is the market-leading IPL device
The Excelight is a medical-grade Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) device used for aesthetic procedures such as hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and the treatment of vascular and pigmented lesions. Its advanced technology, reliability, and clinical efficacy have cemented it as a market leader in both medical and cosmetic settings. While there is a vast array of machines out there, we knew this was the one we had to have to be confident in delivering the highest quality results and client-care.
Lynton Lasers, the company behind the Excelight, was founded in 1994 as a spin-off from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST), now part of the University of Manchester. Lynton continues to focus on scientific research and innovation with its range of cutting-edge laser and IPL devices for medical and aesthetic use and has developed a strong relationship with the National Health Service (NHS). In fact they are the only company of their type to provide machines to the NHS. It is this credibility, effectiveness and safety profile that we wanted to bring to Brighton Bodyworks.
What IPL treatments can we offer with the Excelight?
With the Lynton Excelight machine we are able to offer a number of different IPL treatments including long-term hair removal. Ditch the razor, forget about inconvenient waxing appointments, and banish stubble and ingrown hairs for good!
We can also treat a number of skin blemishes, giving you a flawless and brighter complexion. Red thread veins – spider veins – can be eliminated quickly and easily. Rosacea similarly responds well. Sun spots and pigmentation – typically on the face, neck and hands – need a short course of treatments but can be erased. And the braod spectrum of light in the IPL is also excellent at combatting active acne. While these things are classed as ‘cosmetic’ concerns, rectifying them can be life-changing.
If you don’t have one specific concern but are looking for a broader rejuvenating treatment, you must give the Illumifacial a go. A ‘photofacial’ often referred to as a natural filter for the skin, the Illumifacial delivers fresher, clearer, younger-looking skin after just one treatment.
Don’t trust your skin to just anyone or any machine. At Brighton Bodyworks you can be confident you are in safe hands, with IPL treatments that give proven results. Get in touch to chat about what the Excelight can do for how you look and feel!
