Lovely review from a lovely marathon-er who came for a treatment after the Brighton half. Pre and post-race massage is a great way to keep yourself in optimum condition for peak performance. Massage and assisted stretching can help with general stiffness and sore muscles (tight hamstrings, anyone?), ‘runners back’, shin splints, knee pain, sprains and strains to name but a few.
