At the end of your treatment we will discuss homecare advice so that clients can continue to help improve their particular complaint themselves.
A frequent suggestion I make is self-massage on facilitated muscles to help release trigger points and soften and hydrate the tissues. I am not a fan of golf balls – tennis balls can be okay – nor am I a huge fan of foam rolling.
The balls I use in my clinic and those I recommend are Jill Miller’s Therapy Balls. These come in a variety of sizes but the ones I most commonly use are the ‘Yoga Tune Up’ balls, which can be purchased online from Amazon (and a number of other retailers).
