Lumbo-pelvic pain vs. pelvic girdle pain

Is it lumbo-pelvic pain or pelvic girdle pain (PGP)? 
One difference between the two: if you have lumbo-pelvic pain you will like lying on your back. If it’s PGP, you won’t.
